Return and Refund Policy

 

NowPurchase Quick Commerce supplies industrial raw materials (carbon additives, ferro alloys, inoculants and scrap) to foundries from our Kolhapur warehouse.

 

Order cancellation: You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once material has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

Quality or quantity issues: If the material you receive is short in quantity, damaged in transit, or does not match the product ordered, inform us within 48 hours of delivery at yuvaraj.mastoli@nowpurchase.com or +91 62920 08021 with your order number and photos (and a test report, if the issue is about chemistry or size). We will inspect and, at our option, replace the material, deliver the shortfall, or issue a refund or credit note.

 

Returns: Returned material must be unused, in its original bags and lot-identifiable. We do not accept returns of material that has been opened for use, mixed, or stored in a way that affects its quality, or returns for change of mind after delivery.

 

Refunds: Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method (or by bank transfer) within 7-10 working days of approval.
